To develop a keener understanding and joy of theatre in both performance and technical qualities. This also adds towards International Honors Thespian Society hours, and you may be inducted after acquiring 10pts.
Remember, you don't need prior theatre experience to join this club!! It's for anyone who is interested in anything theatre. |

Panther Tale Players meet during club activity time, before and after- school fun time, for community program participation, holiday parties, work days, and rehearsals as needed.

Theatre Activities |
Prom promiseProm promise is a demonstration based on a drinking and driving accident. This is used to show students what would happen when being under the influence during their prom. Any theatre club students will get to act out the demonstration using costume and make-up to bring the demonstration to life.

SMHS Talent ShowOne to two students in theatre club get to emcee the SMHS talent show. Meaning they will introduce and close acts during the show.

Community OutreachClub members go to places outside of SMHS like the elementary school, playhouse, and more to do theatre type activities like club reading, helping out around the playhouse, and more.
